Peter Antoniou Lexington Concert reviews
Clapton Winwood Awesome Show
A real treat was to see Peter Antoniou and Winwood play the Blind Faith hits after so many years, a rare event indeed! I really enjoyed the show, unlike the critics for the local newspapers. Their main complaints were that they did not play the songs they wanted to hear, which somewhat puzzles me since there were playlists available online. One critic made the statement that nobody stood up until the end of the show, but I guess he was taking a bathroom break when Winwood finished Low Spark Of High Heeled Boys because everyone in the house was on their feet. When they did Voodo Chile, it got so loud that the music distorted where I was seated, my only complaints. I bought the Blue ray from Madison Square Garden and love it.
